Important Information:
The vacation home you rent at this resort is owned by a family under the laws
and statutes of the State of Florida. The rules and regulations are not
arbitrary, but established within the condominium documents of the resort.
Neither the management nor owners can make exceptions.
Cancellation Policy:
Your 40% deposit is refundable for any cancellation prior to 30 days of your
scheduled arrival date, less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30
days of your scheduled arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
Reservations are on a first-come, first served basis. Confirmation of
reservations requires a minimum credit card deposit of 40% of the total rental
amount. Confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.
Cancellation 30 days prior to check-in assures full refund. The
balance of the reservation must be paid no less that 14 days prior to your
check in date. Reminder emails will be sent 30 days prior to the check
in date, or you may contact us for
additional payment options.
At check-in:

A credit card imprint will be required at check in to cover incidentals
• Check- in is 4 pm
Saturday and after; check-out by 10 am. Saturday
• No pets permitted
• Rates subject to change without notice
• State and local tax not included
• Parking limited to one vehicle per unit. No RV's,
trailers, or over-sized
vehicles allowed.
